Thanksgiving Quinoa Stuffing with Pancetta

November 12, 2014 By Shannah Coe Leave a Comment

We are ticking away the days until Thanksgiving at a fast pace. It is almost scary to think it will be here in just a few weeks. Now is the time when most of us are thinking about our menus, selecting recipes and finalizing shopping lists. Mini Stuffing Muffins

November 9, 2014 By Shannah Coe 18 Comments

Our meals with friends tend to be the kind where you can grab a few things and eat them on the move between one group of friends to another or while trying to keep all the kids at the table and eating. These mini stuffing muffins are the perfect option for that kind of meal because they are one bite and require no utensils!

This is the greatest idea to make Thanksgiving parties so easy! Make mini stuffing muffins so they are one bite and don't require any utensils.
