One Pot Pizza Pasta

November 9, 2020 By Shannah Coe 10 Comments

Everyone will be begging for seconds when you make this super easy, crowd-pleasing one pot pizza pasta.

There is a conversation that happens all the time in our house when it comes time for dinner. If I am running behind or just don’t feel like sticking to my meal plan, I’ll make the mistake and say “what do you all want for dinner?” The inevitable answer is pizza from one half of my family and pasta from another half. So, to solve the problem in my household, I make one pot pizza pasta and meet in the middle.

One pot pizza rigatoni is the perfect easy meal that cooks fast and tastes amazing. It will solve your dinner problem any night.

October 17, 2018 By Shannah Coe 6 Comments

Chocolate mint brownies combine the two best dessert flavors into one fudgy bar. Once you try these, you will never go back to boxed brownies again.

Chocolate and mint are two quentessential flavors that are just made for each. After I made chocolate peppermint cake mix cookies, I was totally craving some more chocolate desserts with mint flavor. These chocolate mint brownies are the perfect fudgy brownie with just the right touch of mint.

Cold Busting Lemon Chicken Soup

October 20, 2017 By Shannah Coe 2 Comments

With cold season approaching quickly, I am so excited to partner with Safeway to share with you one of my favorite recipes to help you feel better. While this post is sponsored, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

When you have two kids in school and regularly commute to work using public transportation, colds and other viruses become all too familiar. I love my kids but they are like little germ machines during cold and flu season and this mama always seems to bear the brunt of it. When I catch that first inevitable cold, I always head straight to Safeway to stock up on Signature Care™ products and ingredients for my cold busting lemon chicken soup. Safeway is so convenient to my daughter’s gymnastics practice (where we spend 10+ hours per week) and I know I can always find high quality ingredients and friendly faces at the store.
