Thanksgiving is in 2 days. Two days! I know that sounds insane but it is true. I’ve been getting together our menu, making the shopping lists and finalizing the cooking schedule over the past two days. While I love a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, I am also looking forward to the Thanksgiving leftovers too. I love using them to create new recipes that are super delicious. I’m share 13 of my favorite ways to use Thanksgiving leftovers so you won’t have any food go to waste.
From cranberries to mashed potatoes to turkey, this list has ways to use just about leftover Thanksgiving items you have. The list almost makes me want to cook extras so I can work my way through trying each and every one of these yummy recipes. Maybe if I feed my guests enough roasted squash crostini before dinner there will be extra leftovers 😉
