Halloween Party Treats: Mummy Corn Dogs

October 2, 2018 By Shannah Coe 3 Comments

This post has been sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc. All opinions are my own.

Halloween is just around the corner. Make your party spooktacular with great Halloween party treats like mummy corn dogs and chicken nugget graveyards. With just a few ingredients, you can create a fantastic Halloween spread.

Every year, we host a pre-trick or treating dinner at our house. The dinner includes tons of neighborhood kids and their parents and everyone is their to fuel up before hitting the streets for trick or treating. I love creating themed foods that the kids also love to eat like these fun mummy corn dogs and chicken nugget graveyards.

Halloween Orange Cream Poke Cake

October 8, 2015 By Shannah Coe Leave a Comment

I am excited to partner with TruMoo Milk to bring you this Halloween inspired recipe. While this post is sponsored, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Halloween is approaching so quickly! We were talking last night about what the kids should be Halloween and I realized that we don’t have much time to prepare. I’m no stressing though because, while Halloween is a few short weeks away, all the Halloween goodies are out now! We were shopping for Halloween candy the other day and I saw that Limited TruMoo Orange Scream milk is already in stores! We picked up some and used it to make a Halloween orange cream poke cake!

Ghost Craft {So Boo-tiful It’s Scary}

The Three Amighosts….

Growing up, I had these 2 girl-friends. We have known each other since we were 3 years old.

We all only lived about 2 blocks from each other and way back then….we were inseparable.

The corner of Prichard and Cayuta Ave was right in the middle of our houses. Each of us came from a different direction, each from a different point of the triangle, so of course, that is where we would meet to walk to school together.

Halloween Snacks: Monster Cookie Dip

October 28, 2014 By Shannah Coe 5 Comments

So, Halloween is this week. Eek! Are you like me and still planning out all the details of the day/night? We have our costumes but our annual pre-trick or treat dinner is still really up in the air. We invite a bunch of friends, with their kids, over to enjoy dinner before we go raid the neighborhood collecting candy. I love it but I am seriously stressed this year because my menu hasn’t fully taken shape. Thankfully, I have a few Halloween party food go tos I can rely on like monster cookie dip.

Orange Cream Monster Bread

October 14, 2014 By Shannah Coe 13 Comments

I am always so excited when I get to partner with brands my family loves. While this post was sponsored by TruMoo, as always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Halloween is just around the corner! I know it is totally crazy to think about it already being mid-October but here we are. We are headed out of town for a few days so I wanted to make sure our Halloween costumes were all set and maybe do a little early Halloween celebrating too with a few baking projects. We did a few but one of my favorites was this orange cream monster bread.

A great Halloween snack that is so easy to make too! This orange cream monster bread is the neatest idea for our Boo bags.

October 13, 2014 By Shannah Coe 1 Comment

While I am out celebrating the 50th anniversary of Mathlete’s parents, I have a few amazing bloggers here sharing their awesomeness. Today, Amy is sharing her super fun Halloween Glittered Skull Wreath. Read on to find out where she got the supplies and how to make it.

Hello friends! I’m Amy from Mod Podge Rocks (and DIY Candy, and Washi Tape Crafts!). I think we’re all in the Halloween mode, and I had to share a recently completed project with you that I just LOVE. I’m a huge fan of the Dollar Tree, and it’s always a fun challenge to head there and see what I can come up with. I knew I wanted to do something Halloween-related and use FolkArt Extreme Glitter, but besides that, I had no idea what I was doing when I walked into the Dollar Tree. It was SO much fun, and this skull wreath resulted.

Candy Corn M&M Halloween “Trash”

September 30, 2014 By Shannah Coe 7 Comments

Sometimes, the simplest recipes are the best. I love creating recipes that are easy to make but taste delicious. This is especially true when Halloween or Christmas comes around and I want to be able to give treats to neighbors and visitors. One of our favorite things to make any time of year is white “trash.” I decided to change it up a little bit and make candy corn M&M Halloween “trash” after seeing the candy corn flavored M&Ms at the store.
