Four Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Dip

October 23, 2013 By Shannah Coe 40 Comments

Take four delicious ingredients, including real pumpkin, and combine them together to create this amazing, perfect for fall Four Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Dip!

Pumpkin pie is about as fall as you can get when it come to food.  It is THE pie of Thanksgiving and just fills your brain with visions of changing leaves and fall colors!

You only need 4 ingredients to make this amazing pumpkin pie dip.

You only need 4 ingredients to make this amazing pumpkin pie dip.

Now, how do you get that without all of the work of actually making pumpkin pie?  How about a Four Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Dip?  {Psst…it is fairly healthy too}

This pumpkin dip recipe is so easy to make, but is sure to be a hit at any party. Or, if you are like me, just make a batch and keep in the fridge for snack time!

I originally tried to make this a three ingredient recipe but, after several taste tests with neighbors, the four ingredient version was the clear winner!

Pumpkin Pie Dip Ingredients

Ok, so how easy is that?  Four ingredients get turned into this wonderfully delicious pumpkin dip that is the perfect treat for any fall get together or just to keep around for when your sweet tooth strikes.

Plus, since it is made with low fat ingredients like Greek Yogurt, you don’t have to feel super guilty about enjoying it. Oh, and of course you can totally rationalize that it has vegetables in it too thanks to the addition of real pumpkin!

What is your favorite way to enjoy pumpkin pie? Do you like to find easy ways to get the same flavors out of recipes without all the work that normally goes along with them?  Are you always searching, like me, for semi-healthy ways to appease your sweet tooth?

      It is funny because I totally tried to make this 3 ingredients using a different cake mix. But, after 20+ tasters chose the 4 ingredient one over the other, I knew I had to go with this version.

    Yum! I love that this has Greek yogurt in it! I’ve been using it as a sour cream substitute in a lot of recipes lately.
