  • 1 head cauliflower (3-4 cups) chopped into florets
  • 1 head fresh broccoli (3-4 cups) chopped into florets
  • 8-12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup poppyseed dressing
  • ยพ cup sunflower seeds
  • ยฝ red onion diced

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well to combine.

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Stir well just before serving.
