- 1 head cauliflower (3-4 cups) chopped into florets
- 1 head fresh broccoli (3-4 cups) chopped into florets
- 8-12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup poppyseed dressing
- ยพ cup sunflower seeds
- ยฝ red onion diced
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well to combine.1 head cauliflower (3-4 cups), 1 head fresh broccoli (3-4 cups), 8-12 slices bacon, 1 cup dried cranberries, 1 cup poppyseed dressing, ยพ cup sunflower seeds, ยฝ red onion
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Stir well just before serving.

- The salad can be made up to 2 days ahead of time. Reserve 1/4 of dressing before refrigerating. Then, add remaining dressing just before serving.
