Ok, we are T minus 11 days until the BIG game. You know the one…the Super Bowl! I am not a huge football fan so I don’t get into the big game but I do get into the commercials and, more importantly, all the delicious foods! For me, pretty much any party is all about the food. So, to make sure your party has all kinds of delicious food, I rounded up 100 Super Bowl Party recipe ideas.

Pinworthy Projects Link Party
You guys…277 links last week?! Are you awesome or what!!! I loved looking through everything that was shared last week and can’t wait to check out what you share THIS week.
First, a few things:
1) I am starting a new series here beginning in February. In an effort to try new recipes and eat new things, I will be trying one recipe per week recommended by a blog friend or reader {you know…you guys!}. I’ll post photos of my finished dish, thoughts and a link back to the original recipe {FYI – The complete recipe WILL NOT appear here…only a link to the original}. Interested in submitting a recipe? I hope so. You can do that by signing up here.
2) Features are BACK! I will be featuring a few of the projects from the prior week’s party each week. Sam and Allyson do features on their blogs too so be sure to visit there and see if you were featured.

The Perfect Valentine’s Day Dinner at Home #Valentines4All
Ahhh, Valentine’s Day. It is a great day to remind the one that you love exactly how much you love them by spending way too much money on overpriced flowers and a fancy dinner out in a crowded restaurant that is serving ‘eh’ tasting food because the kitchen is just so busy. Of course, you’ll pay double the normal amount for the prix fixe menu because it is a privilege to get less choices and slower service. How about doing something a little different this year and having the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner at home! Yep…at home!

Cajun Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni and cheese is pure comfort food. There is just something about pasta in a creamy, cheesy sauce that feels like a warm blanket or brings back memories of your favorite comfy clothes. I tend to get a little bored with regular macaroni and cheese so I like to change it up from time to time. Cajun macaroni and cheese takes all the goodness of the classic dish and adds some spice.…
Valentine’s Day Button Art
Yesteday I shared my Valentine’s Day burlap pennant banner and I was all boo hoo in that post about how long it took to put together because I kept running out of the right sized buttons. Perhaps you were wondering why I was running out of buttons? Or perhaps I am the only one that thinks like that 😉 Well, I had made some Valentine’s Day button art as a quick project earlier and that was where all the right sized buttons went!…
Valentine’s Day Stenciled Burlap Pennant Banner
We’re not crazy Valentine’s decorators around here. After all of the Christmas decorating and un-decorating, I am just a little too lazy to really do much so I tend to leave a lot of the winter decorations that I used as part of Christmas up in the house. I do pump a little bit of pink and red here and there though like this Valentine’s Day burlap pennant banner I made over the weekend.…
Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole
Remember my goal to eat at home six out of the seven days of the week? Well, we are rocking it! One reason we are doing so well is thanks to some super easy meals that I can prepare and freeze or use shortcut ingredients to throw together fast. This easy chicken and rice casserole, using Tyson Grilled and Ready chicken breasts, is one of those dishes that I know I can always get to the table even when I am short on time.

Google+ Basics
In 2013, I started dabbling more in Google+. I am not an expert by any means but I thought I would share with you what I’ve learned so far…kind of the Google+ basics.

Spicy Sausage and Tortellini Soup
Yesterday brought us temperatures colder than we’ve had in our area in 20 years! The schools were closed and no one wanted to go outside. Of course, what do you do on a cold day? Well, if you are me, you make soup! Soup for me is the ultimate cold weather food because it warms you from the inside out. My husband claims soup isn’t a meal so I also need to make sure whatever soup I make is really filling. That is how this spicy sausage and tortellini soup came about. …
