Why You’ll Love This Pumpkin Pie Dip:
- It tastes like a little bit of fall with every bite! Pumpkin and classic fall spices mix together to make a dip that tastes just like walking through a New England forest when the leaves are changing.
- It is very easy to make! This dip requires just a few simple ingredients and very little prep work.
- Make it ahead! This dip can easily be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to eat. I usually make it the day before I want to serve it.
- Balanced flavors. A little sweet, perfectly spiced, and oh so creamy!

This pumpkin dip recipe is so easy to make, but is sure to be a hit at any party. Or, if you are like me, just make a batch and keep in the fridge for snack time!
Pumpkin Pie with Greek Yogurt Dip Ingredients
- Spice Flavored Cake Mix: Using a spice flavored cake helps limit the spices you need to add to the dip making it extra simple.
- Greek Yogurt: I used nonfat but you can use a higher fat Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
- Pumpkin Puree: Be sure to get the puree and not the pumpkin pie filling.
- Whipped Topping: We call it Cool Whip here in the states but any whipped topping brand will work.
- {Optional} Pumpkin Pie Spice: I liked to sprinkle this over the top of the finished dip.

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Dip Easy
This dip really is the perfect one bowl dessert recipe. Since this is pumpkin pie dip without cream cheese, you don’t even need a mixer and there is no beating involved. Start by combining the cake mix, yogurt, and pumpkin together and mixing until smooth. Be sure to get all the lumps out. Then, fold in the whipped topping and refrigerate.
Ok, so how easy is that? Four ingredients get turned into this wonderfully delicious pumpkin dip that is the perfect treat for any fall get together or just to keep around for when your sweet tooth strikes.

What are the best things to serve with this dip?
Pumpkin pie with gingersnaps is by far my favorite combination. You could also use animal crackers, graham crackers, shortbread cookies, cinnamon sugar pretzels, and apples.
