Ingredients for Orange Glazed Carrots

- Butter – I prefer salted butter for this recipe but feel free to use unsalted if that is what you have on hand.
- Orange Juice – You’ll need about 2 oranges to get fresh squeezed juice which works best in this recipe for orange glazed carrots.
- Orange Zest
- Honey – You can substitute brown sugar here, if preferred.
- Kosher Salt – If you use normal table salt, be sure to half the amount listed in the recipe card.
- Fresh Carrots – I like to use full sized carrots and cut them into diagonal slices. You can use baby carrots instead though.
- Chopped Parsley – This works great for a garnish but is optional.
