Who is crazy busy this time of year? I know I am. From our annual holiday party, to the work holiday party to the long list of gifts I have to give, I think I spend at least half of my time in the kitchen this time of year. Right now, one of my favorite easy recipes to make for holiday parties or to include in holiday edible gifts are maple bacon chocolate dipped RITZ Crackers.

Maple Bacon Chocolate Dipped RITZ Crackers

These chocolate dipped RITZ Crackers are so delicious and super easy to make. I am obsessed with adding bacon to just about anything and everything so, of course, I had to do a maple bacon version for my holiday gift packages. Once the chocolate is completely set, I just put a few into a cupcake liner and they fit perfectly into my gift boxes. With the great coupon available through Ibotta, I can make delicious edible gifts and stay within budget too.

  1. HOLY PETE ROSE! Ok so I made Ritz thin mints for the first time yesterday for a party today? YEAH, THEY ARE GONE.

BACON WILL TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

    I love you.

  2. Your instructions say “dark chocolate chips but your picture looks like chocolate Candy Melts. Not sure what to buy, but really wanting to try this!

    1. I used dark chocolate melts from Ghiradelli so they resemble the Wilton melts but are dark chocolate. You can use regular dark chocolate chips as well. They work equally as well ๐Ÿ™‚ Just make sure you use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.

  3. What a great treat and so easy! Thanks so much for sharing your awesome recipe with us at Full Plate Thursday! Hope you are having a wonderful week and hope to see you soon!
