Chicken Taco Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning divided
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 8 chicken tenderloins
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine mayonnaise with 1 Tbsp taco seasoning. Stir well to combine. Set aside.3 Tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 package taco seasoning
- Sprinkle remaining taco seasoning on chicken tenderloins. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from pan.8 chicken tenderloins, 1 Tablespoon oil
- Unroll crescent dough and separate. Spread mayonnaise mixture on each piece. Top with one chicken tenderloin and some cheese. Roll up and place on baking sheet.1 can crescent rolls, 1/4 cup cotija cheese
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
