The Easy Dinner Recipes Meal Plan – Week 1

July 11, 2015 By Allyson Zea 5 Comments

So, it is no secret our life it pretty hectic. We both work full time and have two busy kids. While we may be busy, I totally get that we are not the busiest by far and that so many families are just as busy if not more so. I was talking with a friend recently about how I “do it all” {Confession: I definitely don’t} and one of the most important things in our weekly activities is meal planning. Creating a meal plan helps me in so many ways:
– I spend less time at the store because I have a specific list versus wondering aimlessly
– I spend less time making dinner because I don’t have to do the “what’s for dinner” thing each night
– I spend less money because, again, I have a list and stick to it. No more buying lettuce that never gets used because we might want to make salads one night.

I was talking to some of my other blogger friends and we were all discussing exactly how awesome having a meal plan is each week. So, I teamed up with SIX other bloggers to bring y’all a weekly meal plan that you can gather delicious recipes and major inspiration from.  I know when you are busy, sometimes it seems like planning your upcoming meal seems like the last thing you want to do. But, trust me, it is so important!
