Sriracha Apricot Bacon Brie

November 8, 2017 By Shannah Coe 1 Comment

I am excited to partner with BJ’s Wholesale Club to bring you this easy appetizer recipe. While this post is sponsored, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thanksgiving and the holiday season are just around the corner. Each year, we host Thanksgiving for our family and I always love preparing for the big day. I like to build in some time to visit with everyone while all the little pieces of the Thanksgiving feast finish up. But, most people arrive hungry so I always have a few little bites out for everyone to enjoy while we chat. One of our favorites is Sriracha apricot bacon brie!

We feed a pretty large crowd for Thanksgiving so I head to BJ’s Wholesale Club where I know I can save up to 25% off grocery store prices every day. I always look for the Wellsley Farms and Berkley Jensen products because I know they are made with the highest quality ingredients and offer an incredible value.

I also pick up their Thanksgiving themed paper plates because it helps so much with reducing the number of dishes I have to wash! This year, these Colossal Cornucopia 10″ plates from Artstyle will be perfect!

For Thanksgiving, BJ’s offers an exciting assortment of decor and entertaining options and they also have items to make my quick snack bites easier like party platters and ready-made appetizers.

I am absolutely in love with the Berkley Jensen 8 pc Ceramic Serving Set with Bamboo Board that I picked up recently. It is has so many different combination options for serving foods. {Combine it with the Berkley Jensen 11 piece Slate Cheese Board Set for the ultimate entertaining collection!) I plan to use it by having some of the Wellsley Farms Artisan Appetizers and Bacon-Wrapped Scallops in the larger serving platters and having my Sriracha apricot bacon brie on the bamboo board.

Since almost half of Americans (41%!) find hosting Thanksgiving dinner more stressful than asking their boss for a raise, BJ’s Wholesale Club does its best to make preparing for the big feast simple and easy. This Sriracha apricot bacon brie fits right into that plan as it comes together in just minutes and is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients for Sriracha Apricot Bacon Brie:

1 wheel Brie, room temperature
1 small jar apricot preserves
1 Tbsp Sriracha
3 Tbsp cooked, crumbled bacon
2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds

Let’s Make It:

1. In a small sauce pan, heat preserves over low heat until smooth, stirring frequently. Stir in Sriracha.

2. Place brie onto serving platter. Spoon melted preserves over top. Sprinkle with bacon pieces and pomegranate seeds. Serve with crackers and bread slices.

Together with the amazing Wellsley Farms appetizer options, this Sriracha apricot bacon brie makes the perfect tray of little bites to keep my guests happy until the main dinner is ready.
