Sriracha Apricot Bacon Brie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz wheel Brie room temperature
  • 12.75 oz jar apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 3 Tbsp cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • 1. In a small sauce pan, heat preserves over low heat until smooth, stirring frequently. Stir in Sriracha.
  • 2. Place brie onto serving platter. Spoon melted preserves over top. Sprinkle with bacon pieces and pomegranate seeds. Serve with crackers and bread slices.
