Peanut Butter Nutella Donut Sandwich

May 4, 2015 By Shannah Coe 15 Comments

So, it is Monday. Are you struggling like I am? We had a gorgeous weekend here in VA and were fortunate to spend most of it outdoors. Weekends like that make going back to the grind of the office even harder. Maybe this peanut butter nutella donut sandwich will ease the pain…

Peanut Butter Nutella Donut Sandwich

Yes, I just said donut sandwich. My husband LOVES peanut butter and nutella sandwiches. I love s’mores and donuts AND peanut butter with nutella. I was having the craziest week and totally stress eating when I started craving a peanut butter, nutella s’mores sandwich. But, we were out of bread. So, I grabbed the closest thing I could find which just happened to be a donut. The result: pure magic!

Obviously, this isn’t something you would eat regularly but I do recommend you treat yourself every once in awhile to this deliciousness. There really are no words to really describe how amazing it tastes.

Peanut Butter Nutella Donut Sandwich Ingredients:

1 glazed donut
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp Nutella
2 Tbsp marshmallow fluff

Let’s Make It:

1) Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

2) Slice the donut. Spread peanut butter on one half of the donut. Spread nutella on the opposite half. Add marshmallow fluff in the middle.

3) Place on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until warmed.

You could also toss this into the toaster oven for a few minutes. The whole purpose of the oven is just to get everything all melted and warm.

I was the only one home when I made this and it was a good thing because there is no way I would have shared it! What are some of your favorite “treat yourself” foods?

I’m dropping by from the Whimsy Wednesday link party. This donut sandwich sounds sinfully delicious!! I could probably eat at least a dozen in one sitting. Nutella, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, donuts — life doesn’t get any better than this.

I’ve got a link party that I’m trying to grow. I invite you to share this (and a couple other) ideas at it. It’s Grandma Ideas Sharing Time at http://grandmaideas.com.

    All the best,
    Nina

Holy moly! I think I’ve just gained 4lbs just from looking at that, but boy does it look good! It’s a good job we have literally none of the ingredients in the house right now or I’d be trying it out immediately! Thank you so much for linking up to #AllAboutYou
