Nine Tasty Summer Drinks

July 17, 2014 By Shannah Coe 2 Comments

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Southern Breeze Sweet Tea.

Summer is here and it is a hot and steamy one. Yesterday had temperatures near a 100 and it had me searching high and low for summer refreshments. Something super cool is what I needed to help me cool down. In my search, I came across these nine tasty summer drinks that I will be keeping close at hand for all of the hot and steamy days to come.

It is a little known fact that I am from a really rural town in southern VA. It is like Virginia’s version of the deep south where we like our chicken fried and our tea sweet. I recently found Southern Breeze Sweat Tea bags recently and was so excited to try it since it actually sweetens the tea as it steeps.

Boiling water and some time steeping the bags is all it takes for delicious sweet tea.

In only five minutes my tea was all done. The result was delicious iced tea that was the perfect summer refreshment.

Once I had my sweet tea made, I started searching for other summer refreshments, especially ones that I could use my Southern Breeze Sweet tea in, to help me keep cool.

Sweet tea reminds me of our trips to the south. I love it there and I love it when we get back home, too! 🙂
