FitTea for Energy #FitTeaDetox

January 27, 2015 By Shannah Coe Leave a Comment

I am partnering with FitTea to share with you a great way to boost your immune system and promote fat burning. As always, while this content is sponsored, all thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.

With two kids, a hectic schedule and a penchant for sweets, I need all the help I can when it comes to energy, my immune system and my waistline. When I heard about FitTea and their message: “Give us a few weeks and we’ll give you a new waistline”, I knew I definitely wanted to give it a try. After all, a smaller waistline is definitely something I am always striving for!

FitTea package

FitTea is an all-natural detox tea. With ingredients like organic green tea, oolong Wu Yi, ginger and pomengranate, it is a great tasting way to build a rock-solid immune system! I found that it gave me a lot more energy in addition to promoting fat burning and smoother digestion.

FitTea also offers a caffeine-free alternative with ingredients such as Holy basil (Tulsi) spearmint, rosehips, lemon myrtle and linden blossoms.

Both teas offer some really awesome benefits like:

-Boosting immune system
-Promoting fat burning
-Promoting and soothing digestion
-Antimicrobial properties

It is super easy to make too. All you need to do is steep the tea for a few minutes and then you are ready to go. I added a little bit of lemon to mine which made it taste even better. It is also great to have right before  workout too for that extra boost of energy.

If you are looking for an all natural way to boost your immune system and fat burning, definitely look into FitTea to help you reach your goals.
