Oh my gosh…we are finally dug out of this massive snow storm. There is still snow everywhere but at least things are getting back to normal. I am literally counting down the hours until the kids go back to school so we can back into our routine. That also means I am looking forward to getting back to using our easy dinner recipes meal plan this week after not being able to get to the store last week to get most of the stuff I needed to stick to last week’s meal plan.

The great thing about meal planning is it ensures you are never standing in front of the fridge at 5pm wondering what to make for dinner. You’ve got that covered! We always make sure we include easy dinner recipes too so you won’t have to spend a ton of time in the kitchen or pick up any crazy ingredients to make the recipes.

Of course, the sweet treat is always a bonus. I love having a container of cookies around the house for a sweet treat for the kids and husband. I know they are going to love what I have planned for this week.
