Cranberry Pimm's Cup

What is a Pimm’s Cup?

A Pimmโ€™s Cup (or Pimms Cup) is a classic British cocktail typically made with cucumber and ginger. Iโ€™ve added some holiday flavors to make the perfect signature drink for all of my upcoming holiday events. For the cocktail, you will need Ginger Ale to add that perfect ginger flavor.

This Pimm’s Cup recipe can be made with ginger beer in place of the ginger ale if you prefer. We always have ginger ale around the house so it worked perfectly in the recipe for us.

This recipe makes one cocktail but you can easily make a big pitcher of this cranberry Pimmโ€™s cup for parties. If you make this into a larger batch cocktail, I recommend adding the ginger ale or ginger beer just before serving so you get to keep that awesome fizz.
