Healthy Recipes for the New Year

January 2, 2017 By Shannah Coe 7 Comments

With the arrival of the new year, I always find myself super focused on eating healthier and making smarter food choices. It is probably a result of all the cookies, candy and other yummy goodies I eat during the holidays. Either way, January is definitely my month to reset my eating habits. Usually I start with Whole30 and then work in non-paleo healthy recipes after the 30 days is over. If you are working on eating healthier in 2017, these healthy recipes are for you!

This collection has everything from snacks to healthy recipes for dinner too. All you need to do is get cooking in 2017 to enjoy some of this deliciousness.

Maybe if I smother the brussels sprouts in mustard sauce I will like them, ha ha! Seriously, these recipes sound great. Thanks for partying with us on #TastyTuesdays

Have tried zoodles, but never had the sweet potato versions! Will be looking forward to trying these out. Great list of clean, healthy foods.
