15 Oatmeal Cookie Recipes

I’m what you’d call a cookie addict. Cookie Monster and I could totally throw down over some cookie love and I bet I would win. There aren’t many cookies that I dislike and I could probably replace most of my meals with them.  In an effort to at least feel like I was eating somewhat healthy cookies, I went in search of cookies that had oatmeal in them.  I came across 15 oatmeal cookie recipes that looked so good that I just had to share them with you.

My love for the oatmeal cookie started right after I had my daughter.  I read in a bunch of support groups that oatmeal helped keep your milk supply up so I was eating oatmeal all the time.  Of course, eating oatmeal for every meal can get old so I had to find a new way to get oatmeal in my diet.  Cookies…nom nom!
