Grab your grocery list and let’s get to this.

[Adventures in Cooking], [Naptime Chef], [Gina’s Skinny Taste], [The Kitchn]

Sunday:  I do our grocery shopping on Sunday which means it is the best time to cook any kind of seafood or fish.  This week, I’m going to give citrus swordfish a try.

Monday:  It isn’t even holiday season yet and already our lives are super busy.  That means my slow cooker gets major workout and this week is no exception starting with slow cooker pork with cherry soda.

Tuesday:  Turkey chili with pumpkin sounds so delicious and perfect for fall. Back to back slow cookers meals means less dishes which equates to a very happy Mathlete.

Wednesday:  I’m loving the fall weather we are having here and orzo with caramelized vegetables is a great way to really reflect that in a meal.

[Framed Cooks], [Kayln’s Kitchen], [Chef N Training]

Thursday:  Pasta Thursday!  This time around, I am going to give browned butter pasta with egg a try.

Friday:  E loves lentils.  Yep, at 14 months old, he is a lentil lover.  I’m going to make some red lentils with ginger and see how he takes to it.

Saturday:  You didn’t think we’d make it through an entire week without some sort of Mexican inspired dish, did you?  Salsa roll-ups are on the list to round out the week.
