Let’s Talk about Pumpkin, Baby

October 19, 2011 By Shannah 1 Comment

Ok, so I know every blogger and their brother has been talking about pumpkin something or another recently.  I mean, why not?  Pumpkin is fresh. It is perfect for fall.  And, it is delicious.  In fact, you can work pumpkin into just about any meal you plan to eat.

[French Knots], [Applied Eatables]

Pumpkin seed granola would work great if you’re a yogurt granola kind of girl (or guy!).  Like a heartier breakfast?  Try pumpkin oatmeal.

[Adventures in Cooking], [My Recipes]

German pumpkin soup would be perfect for lunch!  Or, add spiced pumpkin biscuits and you’ve got dinner.

[Gina’s Skinny Taste], [Take a Mega Bite]

No meal is complete without dessert!  Pumpkin cupcakes or pumpkin swirl brownies…pick one!

[Gina’s Skinny Taste], [Peas and Crayons]

Hosting a party?  Going to a party?  These options (pumpkin pie dip or savory pumpkin cheesecake spread) are perfect to serve or take along with you.

[Imperfect], [[Pressed Down, Shaken Together]

Ok, you’re home from your party and need a snack!  Try Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies or pumpkin croissants.
Now, get to the store before all your fellow readers buy out all the pumpkin and leave you…well, pumpkin-less.
