WTCW #46

April 4, 2012 By Shannah 2 Comments

The weeks just seem to be flying by these days. I barely blink and it is time for What to Cook Wednesday again. Fun!

[Healthy Bites], [Mango Tomato], [The Kitchn], [Skinny Taste]

Sunday:  Let’s start the week off right with a cheesy roasted vegetable pizza.

Monday:  I am bringing my soup obsession with me into the warmer weather with an avocado soup that can be served cold.

Tuesday:  Yogurt marinated chicken with a creamy Greek sauce sounds absolutely divine.

Wednesday:  I am pretty far behind considering it already April but I figure getting my corned beef and cabbage in sometime is better than never.  Right?

[Framed Cooks], [Recipe Girl], [The Kitchn]

Thursday:  Pasta night doesn’t seem so mundane when you are feasting on spaghetti cake.

Friday:  I’m interested to see how the family likes the switcheroo when I make chicken stroganoff.

Saturday:  This recipe for sweet potato wraps with carmelized onions sounds so delicious.  I have to give them a try.

What is on your list for this week’s menu?
