Happy Wednesday. Let’s get cooking (or at least drooling over recipes to make)!

[Erin’s Food Files], [Fake Ginger], [Sweet Basil]

Sunday:  It is Superbowl day!  In addition to these 15 great Superbowl eats, I am thinking a bowl of chipotle black bean soup sounds great.

Monday:  Meatless Monday gets some tex-mex flavor in butternut squash enchiladas.

Tuesday:  Pasta night comes a little early this week but white balsamic and basil chicken pasta sounds too good to save until Thursday.

[Skinny Taste], [Chef-N-Training], [Kalyn’s Kitchen], [Elle Decor]

Wednesday:  Pasta makes a second appearance this week in macaroni and cheese soup with broccoli.

Thursday:  A new take on an old classic:  philly cheesesteak style sloppy joes.

Friday:  I am going to try and sneak more veggies into our meal with Italian sausage stuffed peppers.

Saturday:  Chicken lasagna sounds so interesting and different so I had to add it to the list.
