WTCW #31

I’m back!  Did you miss me?  I missed you guys and our weekly food session.  So, let’s not delay and get right to it.

[Cooking Light via My Recipes], [Cheeky Kitchen], [Recipe Girl]

Sunday:  It is Christmas day!  If your family is like mine, that means a big Christmas feast.  We started making thyme and spiced rubbed beef tenderloin a few years ago and it just became our go to each and every year.

Monday:  Time to relax after all of the fun Christmas festivities.  In my household, that means after Christmas shopping!  I’ll throw together Bok Choy stir fry for a quick and easy meatless monday meal.

Tuesday:  {not pictured}  Time for our Mexican meal of the week:  Chicken and black bean stuffed burritos.

Wednesday:  Let’s give the slow cooker a little workout and make slow cooker garlic chicken.  Yum!

[In Erika’s Kitchen], [Mango Tomato], [Chef-n-Training]

Thursday:  The winter weather is in full force around here so beef stew with beans sounds like a hearty, warm me up kind of meal.

Friday:  I love soup.  Mathlete and I often talk about whether it is really a “meal” but I think butternut squash soup with chorizo sounds like a satisfying meal for sure.

Saturday:  I’m obviously in a soup mood because I pulled chicken chili for this week too.  This recipe looks very easy too which will be great!
