What To Cook Wednesday – Guest Post

January 9, 2013 By Shannah Leave a Comment

Did you know that every month I feature one of YOU as a guest poster for What to Cook Wednesday?  It is a great way to get some exposure for your blog AND, if you like to cook, your recipes too!

Interested?  Email me at justusfourpartners {at} gmail {dot} com for all the details!

Today, Heather from Heather’s French Press is here to share a weekly  menu plan with you!  If you have never visited Heather’s blog, you should!  It is filled with delicious recipes that fill my “must make” list!

I hope the new year is off to a great start for you all.  Here’s a peak at  how we are starting 2013.

Sunday –  family dinner night is even more special on Sundays, and I LOVE trying new things like this Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Asparagus.  It was a HUGE hit!

Monday – and we’re off to another busy week.  Slow cooker meals like this Balsamic Pork are perfect for busy weeknights.

Tuesday – has always been Taco Tuesday.  My kids simply will not have it any other way.  We like to mix-it -up a bit with these baked taquitos.
Wednesday – trying to lighten things up – we LOVE pasta, but these zucchini noodles make a healthy {and delicious} alternative.

Thursday – Quick meals don;t have to taste like quick meals.  This cordon bleu is SO easy, and you would never know it.

Friday is pizza night!

Saturday – the weekend at last. Time to celebrate with lasagna roll-ups

.Have a great week:)

~Heather

Thanks Heather! Those all look so delicious…my mouth is watering just thinking about them. I’m definitely loving the idea of the balsamic pork!
