Weekly Menu Plan – What to Cook Wednesday #90

March 6, 2013 By Shannah 1 Comment

Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday!

Now, I know that isn’t as exciting as Friday but I do have some yummy eats for you to feast your eyes on!  Let’s take a look at the weekly menu plan I have cooked {heehee} up for this week.

Sunday:  I find that, since I do my grocery shopping/pick-up on Sunday, I typically eat fish and/or seafood on Sunday.  This week it is broiled salmon with tomato and edamame salad.

Monday:  Meatless Monday is still going strong thanks to recipes like Israeli couscous with lemon celery broth.

Tuesday:  How about some take-out flavors from the comfort of your own kitchen?  Mango teriyaki chicken can certainly help with that wish.

Wednesday:  Mid-week calls for a quick an easy dinner like cheese tortellini soup with turkey sausage.

Thursday:  Pasta night! How about we go a little creamy with this creamy lemon basil spaghetti recipe?

Friday:  I love interesting sandwiches.  This exotic chicken sandwich caught my eye because it is dressed with a banana curry.

Saturday:  Technically St. Patrick’s Day isn’t until tomorrow but we’ll celebrate a little early with some cowboy steaks with guinnes sauce.

Got a recipe {or 7} to share for a weekly menu plan?  Email me {justusfourpartners (at) gmail (dot) com} to find out a quick and easy way to get you, your blog and your recipes (if you have some but don’t worry if you don’t) exposure!

Happy Wednesday!

Oh my gosh, this looks good. Are you a gourmet cook. Those meals look totally AMAZING! The pictures look super professional.

You go girl. Why don’t you come over to my house and cook for us. Sheesh – this Mom doesn’t cook :).
