My Well Being – A Place to Improve Your Well Being

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of My Well-Being Powered by Humana for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Let’s talk being well.  Not in the sense of not having any illness at the moment.  I mean your actual well-being.  That’s a subject that is a little more complex because it depends on your physical, emotional and mental health.  So many factors play into your well-being too: stress, financial security, family, friends, the community in which you live.  There is a lot to manage.

That’s where an online community like My Well-Being comes in!  It’s a place where you go to help stregthen your well-being as well participate in the larger community.  There are tons of resources to help improve your health and wellness.  In fact, with their FREE Dummies book, you can be utilizing their vast resources to improve your overall well being almost instantly.  The FREE Dummies book was definitely the first thing I went to when I signed up!

My favorite part of My Well-Being is the online games.  I love being able to stretch my mental muscles even when I am on the go.  Testing your brain, especially with word and number games, is a great way to improve mental health.
The Marketplace is pretty cool too.  It is a great place to find special offers and discounts that are only offered to My Well-Being members.

If you are looking for resources to improve your overall well being, I urge you to check out My Well-Being and all of its health and wellness resources.  If you do, be sure to come back and tell me what YOUR favorite part of the site is!
