A Glimpse: Our Clean Routine

“This shop is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Cottonelle but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #CtnlCareRoutine  http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO”

With the new year, I wanted to focus a little more on some of the things that happen with our family and in our home.  A big subject around our house these days is staying clean.  You see we tackled potty training with very little problems.  BUT, it seems the hard work actually comes AFTER the potty training.  Once you get the kids to the potty, you have to teach them the correct way to wipe, remind them to flush and clean their hands.  This goes on even now.
Toilet Paper Collage with label_wmTo try and make sure that cutie gets it right all the time {we have a particular issue with flushing}, we created a point system so each time she does something right, she gets points.  As she accumulates points, she can trade them in for toys and other fun prizes.

We made a dry erase board with the different sections marked off.  Each time she does one of the items, she gets a check mark.  I try to help her out by making sure the items in the bathroom are the best to help her get really clean.
Potty Time Supplies_wmWe are big fans of Cottonelle Clean Care line.  There is a the Cottonelle Ultra Care toilet paper and the Fresh Care wipes.  We use the wipes in place of baby wipes because they are flushable and they make older kids feel like big kids versus babies.  The toilet paper is thicker which really help kids get clean even though they are still learning to wipe.

I picked up our toilet paper and wipes from Walmart recently and got a $5 Vudu coupon to use for a movie.

I plan to use it as one of her rewards for doing really well getting clean in the bathroom.  To redeem the coupon is so easy too.  Just follow a few simple steps:

– Purchase both Cottonelle Ultra Care toilet paper and Fresh Care wipes during the month of February.
– Take a picture of the receipt showing that you purchased both items and text or email your picture to clean@drvsusa.com
 – You will receive a text or email back with a code valid for a $5 movie credit. You can get more information by going to www.DRVSusa.com/cottonellemovies

So far, we are doing really well and she picked her first little toy as a result!
Potty Time with Hailey with label_wmI am excited because I know she is learning the best way to get clean in the bathroom is make sure you get the right products to help you out like Cottonelle Ultra Care toilet paper and the Fresh Care wipes.

I love these! I’ve even talked the managers at work to keep them stocked in our bathrooms.

So true, keeping them clean after they are pottying on their own is really a challenge sometimes!
