Chocolate Salted Caramel Milkshake

May 22, 2013 By Shannah 28 Comments

Last month, I shared this chocolate salted caramel milkshake over at Sugar Bee Crafts!  It is so delicious that I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss out either!

I went out to lunch the other day with a co-worker and had the most amazing milkshake. It was a blend of salted caramel and chocolate…delicious! Of course, I wanted to try and create the milkshake at home so I could enjoy it anytime I wanted. And thus, this chocolate salted caramel milkshake was born.

What You’ll Need:
– 1.5-2 scoops chocolate ice cream
– 1 cup milk
– 3 Tbsp salted caramel sauce + extra for drizzle
– Whipped Cream (optional)

Let’s Make It:
1) In a blender, mix the chocolate ice cream and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour in 3 Tbsp of salted caramel sauce. Clearly I am not using a blender but the food processor worked just as well!

2) Drizzle the inside of your mug/cup with salted caramel sauce.

Pour in chocolate shake mixture and top with whipped cream.

Enjoy this chocolate salted caramel milkshake on a warm day or just when you need a little sweet pick me up!

Be sure to visit me over at Sugar Bee Crafts this friday (May 24th) when I share my newest recipe: Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas!

You can find a list of the awesome parties I link up to by visiting here.

Haha…sorry to potentially wreck your diet. Maybe use fro-yo and skim milk 🙂 That would help a little. Congrats on your upcoming wedding.
