9 Ways to Use Cauliflower Rice

March 3, 2015 By Shannah Coe 7 Comments

Ever since I started Whole30 in January and then moved to a more sustainable Paleo diet, I have been in love with cauliflower rice. It is quick and easy and tastes delicious. I use it a lot in place of rice under my stir fry but I tend to have a lot left over since I am the only one in my house that enjoys it. So, I went in search of different ways to use cauliflower rice and found these 9 great ideas.

Just what I’ve been looking for. We’re getting ready to do a cleanse of sorts. Not Whole 30 or Paleo, but a sugar/yeast cleanse for my daughter’s eczema to see if candida is the cause.

Good luck! It will definitely amaze you to see how many things sugar and yeast are added to! I was shocked and just kept thinking “why would I want sugar in that?!”
