I love to snack! I could probably skip meals all together and just focus on snacking throughout the day if my family didn’t rely on me to provide them with meals. I especially love The Laughing Cow® spreadable cheese wedges as part of my snacks because they are the perfect size and come in all kinds of flavors. Right now, The Laughing Cow® is on a mission to #ReinventSnacking and I am so excited to be a part of the movement. I like to have  a little spice in my snacks so I created a spicy pepper jack snack the other day that may be my brand new favorite.

 

The Laughing Cow® Spicy Pepper Jack flavor is brand new so I was excited to find it in my store on a recent shopping trip. Combining a hint of  sweetness along with the spicy cheese made for the perfect snack after a long afternoon. For my snack, I used everything flavored pretzel crisps and spread The Laughing Cow® Spicy Pepper Jack cheese on top. Then, I topped it all off with a small piece of fresh pineapple. It was absolutely delicious!
