Sheet pans are my best friend in the kitchen. I have at least 5 and use them all the time! They are perfect for making cookies, roasting vegetables and of course, making sheet pan dinners! Now, the key to sheet pain dinners is making sure you size all your ingredients properly so that they cook evenly. I love combining fast cooking ingredients like asparagus and shrimp because I know they will be done in just a few short minutes.
