Guess what time it is?  It’s What to Cook Wednesday time!  I hope your eyes are ready to feast on all the yummy things I have picked out this week.

[Skinny Taste], [Chef N Training], [Smart Bottom Enterprises]

Sunday:  Gina (from Skinny Taste) recently came to visit Washington, DC and has shared Pollo in Potacchio from that trip!  It even comes with a crockpot option.

Monday:  Speaking of crockpots, first up this week for my crockpot is Slow Cooker Thai Pork.  Mathlete is going to be excited about the peanut sauce.

Tuesday:  You see a lot of Mexican food in our lists, huh?  This week is no different with Mexican Chicken Casserole.

Wednesday:  Aah memories of Weight Watchers come flooding back when I read over the recipe for Taco Soup.  This stuff is so versatile: soup, nachos, burritos…

[Squeaky Chicken], [Applied at Tables], [Southern Plate]

Thursday:  Pasta night with an Asian twist thanks to Asian style pasta salad.

Friday:  Chicken with Pear Reduction sounds like a yummy end to the work week.

Saturday:  Another slow cooker meal! This time I am doing chicken and wild rice.

Happy Cooking!
