Got your grocery list pad ready? It’s What to Cook Wednesday time again.

[The Kitchn], [Chef-n-Training], [Simply Recipes]

Sunday:  Soup for winter is one of my favorite treats.  Add roasted broccoli and cheddar cheese and you have a near perfect soup.

Monday:  This cheesy enchilada stack sounds like a great alternative to rolling individual enchiladas.

Tuesday:  Ancho chile pasta with shrimp helps out for pasta night.

[Everyday Food], [Cheeky Kitchen], [Food Wishes], [Kitchen Simplicity]

Wednesday:  Cider glazed chicken sausage sounds like a great way to start working in apple cider to our cooking.

Thursday:  Cashew chicken with broccoli gives us a little take-out food taste without the restaurant cost.

Friday:  Bacon + Ranch + Chicken = love!

Saturday:  Round out the week with another delicious soup…chicken and barley soup.

I made the Everyday Food cider glazed sausage! It was good, but all of the flavors were a little heavy together. If I made it again, I would incorporate something fall-ish and green… maybe some kale?
