I hope you are enjoying some of the guest posts for What to Cook Wednesday over the past few weeks! There are more to come!
{If you are interested in doing one, please email me at justusfourpartners@gmail.com for more info}

Let’s get to some recipes, shall we?

Sunday: I love malt vinegar. If you are hunting for the bottle at your local Five Guys, it is probably on my table. So, of course, when I saw malt vinegar chicken, it had to go on my list!

Monday: Want a healthy option for dinner in between indulgent eating at various holiday events? Check out this layered Mexican casserole.

Tuesday: I love quick and easy dinners that have lots of flavor. Sweet and sour catalina chicken is both easy to make and is packed with flavor.

Wednesday: I am not sure I’ve met a taco to date I didn’t like. So, when I stumbled across seared salmon tacos, I figured they were worth trying out.

Thursday: Pasta day! This week, pasta gets a fall spin with a yummy pumpkin cream sauce.

Friday: Celebrate Friday with your slow cooker. Whip up some slow cooker bacon wrapped chicken while you are toiling away at the final day of the week.

Saturday: Relax on Saturday with this delicious winter recipe for shepherds pie.

What’s on your list for this week’s menu?
