WTCW #76

November 7, 2012 By Shannah 1 Comment

Wednesday is upon us again! Can you believe it is already November?! I’m already starting to have visions of turkey and mashed potatoes 🙂

{Pssst….are you interested in doing a super easy guest post to get some exposure for your blog and/or your recipes?
I’m looking for guest bloggers to do the What to Cook Wednesday feature.  It is the easiest guest post you’ll ever do because it doesn’t require you to create anything NEW!  🙂
Want more info?  Email me at justusfourpartners@gmail.com and I’ll tell you more!}

For now, let’s take a look at some ideas for weekly dinners.

[Pioneer Woman], [The Kitchn], [Closet Cooking], [For the Love of Cooking]

Sunday:  Pot Roast is one of those comfort foods that is just perfect for a Sunday dinner.  I stumbled across this Italian pot roast and figured it would be worth a try.

Monday:  I love mixing in winter squash into meals.  This fettuccine with butternut squash looks so delicious!

Tuesday:  Thanksgiving will be here so soon! It has me dreaming of leftovers like this turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce.

Wednesday:  We don’t cook a lot of fish here but Parmesan crusted halibut sounds really delicious.

[Framed Cooks], [Kayotic], [The Kitchen Sink Recipes]

Thursday:  We love chicken tikka masala so I am always looking for easy ways to make it.  Slow cooker tikka masala is an awesome option for busy nights!

Friday:  With the cooler temperatures, I love adding in soups to our menu. Austrian goulash sounds like a very interesting option.

Saturday:  These stuffed peppers look absolutely delicious.

Happy Cooking!
