Let’s check out some yummy recipes to make for dinner this week!

[Pioneer Woman], [Smitten Kitchen], [Blog Chef], [A Bountiful Kitchen]

Sunday:  How irresistible does this hot and spicy Italian drip beef sandwich look?

Monday:  I love our meatless Monday dishes.  Baked orzo with eggplant and mozzarella sounds like a perfect meatless option.

Tuesday:  Stuffed peppers traditionally have a more Italian flair but these Mexican stuffed peppers sound perfect for our Tex-Mex cravings.

Wednesday:  Let’s continue the Tex-mex meals and make honey lime enchiladas.

[Skinny Taste], [The Girl Who Ate Everything], [Point-less Meals]

Thursday:  The cooler weather has me so excited for fall! Beef barley soup is a great way to get started with some fall weather fare.

Friday:  Crock pot to the rescue for a busy Friday.  This time, my slow cooker is going to give cashew chicken a go.

Saturday:  Dinners on Saturday tend to be quick and thrown in between playing outside and basement work.  These Thai beef salad wraps sound like a delicious option for a quick meal.

Happy cooking!
