Wednesday is here yet again! You know what that means…time to check out some delicious new recipes.

[Eat Live Run], [The Wednesday Chef], [Spoon Fork Bacon], [The Pioneer Woman]

Sunday:  Seafood is always so refreshing during the warmer months. I love the idea of paring shrimp and grits for a delicious and quick dinner.

Monday:  Meatless Monday goes a little upscale with an artichoke tart in a polenta crust.

Tuesday:  Mathlete often requests sandwiches for dinner so I am going to make a kimchi philly cheesesteak.

Wednesday:  Cuban pork chops sound like a delicious mid-week dinner.  A bonus: pork chops cook really quickly!

[A Cozy Kitchen], [Tracey’s Culinary Adventures], [Frugal Foodie Family]

Thursday:  A new take on pesto for our pasta night: add avocado!

Friday:  A Friday night grill session sounds awesome and rosemary kebabs are the perfect option for dinner.

Saturday:  We’ll round out our week with a delicious pan roasted chicken breast with orange balsamic glaze.
