WTCW #48

April 18, 2012 By Shannah 2 Comments

Ok, are you hungry? It is mid-afternoon when I writing this so I can say without a doubt that I am!  So, let’s check out some delicious recipes for dinner!

[Dominican Cooking], [Cheeky Kitchen], [Eat Yourself Skinny], [Sumptuous Spoonfuls]

Sunday:  It has been awhile since we had some fresh seafood.  I’m going to remedy that this week and make Camerones Guisados.

Monday:  Burgers done meatless Monday style: Coconut Curry Chickpea Burgers with Pineapple

Tuesday:  I love basil and pretty much anything spicy.  So, spicy basil chicken definitely sounds extremely appealing.

Wednesday:  Homemade pizza gets a Mexican twist with this black bean, corn and avocado fiesta pizza.

[Skinny Taste], [Rasa Malaysia], [Chef in Training]

Thursday:  Chicken kebabs with salad sounds fantastic in this warmer weather we’ve been experiencing lately.

Friday:  Continuing with the meat on the stick trend, beef satay with spicy peanut sauce sounds so delicious. I have to give it a try.

Saturday:  We’ll round out the week with an easy dish: crockpot honey sesame chicken.

What are you making this week for dinner?
