Wednesday is fun day! Well, maybe not exactly fun if you are stuck at work like me with 2 more days until the weekend. BUT, you do have some yummy recipes to look forward to in your future. Just read on…

[Erin’s Food Files], [Love and Olive Oil], [Eat Drink Smile], [I’m a Food Blog]

Sunday: So our grill is out and {mostly} working. What a better way to start the week than with some bacon jalapeno jack burgers from the grill?

Monday: It has been awhile since we’ve had Chinese take-out. I’m going to try a different take on one of our favorite things to order and make bacon fried rice.

Tuesday: Salsa is a great way to add freshness to a dish without a whole lot of fat and calories. Lime chicken with black bean and corn salsa looks so tasty and filling too!

Wednesday: We’re going Mexican with fish tacos.

[The Kitchen is My Playground], [Steamy Kitchen], [Heat Oven to 350]

Thursday: Changing up pasta night again this week with a pizza spaghetti bake.

Friday: My kids are huge fans of broccoli {weird, I know!} so I am hoping that broccoli spanakopita will be a hit too.

Saturday: This was an interesting take on a typical street food: falafel pie. Sounds really good so I added it to my list for the week.

Mmmmmm! I’m coming to your house for dinner this week! Being a pizza & pasta fanatic, the pizza spaghetti bake is my favourite of the bunch. But they ALL look super-yummy – definitely way better than the leftovers that are on the menu at my house this week 😉
