WTCW #43

It’s Wednesday! That means it is time to get our recipe listing going. Ready?

[Recipe Girl], [Skinny Taste], [Kalyn’s Kitchen], [Framed Cooks]

Sunday:  I love this adorable dish that uses zucchini as a “boat”

Monday:  I love rice so any dish that uses it is already a winner in my book.  Dirty rice with shrimp adds some extra punch to take a basic rice dish up a notch.

Tuesday:  I recently tried spaghetti squash for the first time and loved it.  So I am going give spaghetti squash with chard gratin a try.

Wednesday:  Breakfast for dinner is something we haven’t done in awhile.  I think poached eggs with bacon polenta is a great option for this.

[Our Best Bites], [Love and Olive Oil], [Eat Yourself Skinny]

Thursday:  Mathlete and I were talking the other day and I realized it has been forever since we have had tuna casserole.  So, it is making it onto the list this week.

Friday:  We are going to celebrate the end of the week with spicy thai style steaks.

Saturday:  Peanut noodles are my weakness so I was so excited to stumble upon a {slightly} healthier version of Thai peanut noodles.

Ok, next week, we are going to add something a little different to this menu round-up. Have a favorite recipe? Blog about it and then share it at my What I Cooked linky party.
