Welcome to the first WTCW of 2013 from me!ย  I hope the new year is treating you well so far.ย  I dove head first into some pretty hefty healthy eating goals which {so far} are going well.ย  You’ll see a few of those healthier recipes appear here each week I am sure ๐Ÿ™‚

Want to see some of your own {or your favorite recipes of others} here?
Each month, I am opening WTCW posts up to guest bloggers.ย  Interested?ย  Email me at justusfourpartners {at} gmail {dot} com and I’ll send you all the info you need!

Now, how about we talk food?

Sunday:ย  I haven’t done much cooking with lamb but I love the sound of lamb and potato enchilada casserole.

Monday:ย  Let’s go meatless with super kid friendly chili bean tacos.

Tuesday:
ย  Baked potatoes have become great blank slates for lots of different kind of meals.ย  Cheeseburger stuffed baked potatoes eliminate the need to make a side of fries!

Wednesday: I love trying new types of cuisine and new dishes.ย  I came across this Shaksuka recipe and it sounded so interesting so I had to add it!

Thursday:ย  Pasta night returns with a yummy cold sesame noodle dish featuring Greek yogurt.

Friday:ย  Soup has a way of warming you up on even the coldest days.ย  Lemon chicken soup with tortellini sounds like the perfect treat for the cold winter days we have been having.

Saturday:ย  Forget Chinese take-out!ย  I’m going to try making orange sesame chicken at home this week!

Happy cooking {and eating}!
