Weekly Menu Plan – WTCW #98

May 1, 2013 By Shannah 1 Comment

Wow…we almost to 100 weeks of sharing a weekly menu plan with you!  I hope, along the way, you’ve discovered some awesome recipes to make.  I know I have found great resources for dinner ideas while putting the weekly menu plan together for this series.

Let’s see what I found this week in my online searching…

Sunday:  We don’t cook very often but I would like to try and incorporate it into our diet more.  What better way than adding it to the weekly menu?  This week’s attempt: Pan seared salmon with bacon molasses vinaigrette

Monday:  We are back on track in our attempts to go meatless on Monday with quinoa, black bean and corn tacos.

Tuesday:  One of favorite things to get at the fair will be served up at home this week when I make gyros with tzatziki sauce.

Wednesday:  Enchiladas make quite a few appearances in WTCW but not like this…these enchiladas are thai style chicken with a spicy peanut sauce.

Thursday:  Our pasta dishes are getting easier and easier since we now have to race off to gymnastics each Thursday.  This easy shrimp pasta is a perfect option for our busiest night of the week.

Friday:  Make your own version of Chinese takeout by dishing up this chow mein noodle hotdish.

Saturday:  The weather here has been so gorgeous so I am itching to grill more.  Chicken burgers with garlic rosemary mayo sounds like a perfect dish to start with.

Ok, your turn: What is on your weekly menu?

Sounds like a great menu! I’m going to have to check out that shrimp pasta! We also do a meat free night at least once a week! At first, the hubby, was like, no way! But now, he’s good with it and some of his favorite meals are meat free ones! Jenna @ Rain on a Tin Roof
