Ok, do you have your grocery list pad ready to write the ingredients for this week’s weekly menu plan? It is Wednesday you know 🙂
Sunday: We are getting close to the end of “soup season” so I keep throwing as many in to my weekly menu plan as I can. This week, it is true comfort food: chicken pot pie soup.
Monday: Let’s go meatless again with some lentil potato patties.
Tuesday: Super delicious is all I can think of to describe pork carnitas.
Wednesday: Let’s take on some traditional French cooking with chicken breasts diable.
Thursday: Almost pasta but not quite: Quinoa mac and cheese sounds delicious.
Friday: How about closing out the work week with a stick to the ribs type of sandwich? I think a bacon ranch chicken sandwich is definitely a great ended to a week.
Saturday: A quick trip to the store for some shrimp and we’ll be enjoying Burmese shrimp and asparagus stir fry.
