More Chalkboard Painting

It amazes me how far a little tiny bottle of chalkboard paint will go! ย I started painting the stems of my party wine glasses and ended up with a bunch of extra chalkboard paint. ย Our parties usually have at least one or two water/soda drinkers so I didn’t want them to feel left out. ย I picked up a few acrylic water glasses from target and decided to give them a chalkboard label too!
First, I marked off my section with painters’ tape.

Then, I just painted inside the rectangle with the chalkboard paint. ย I let it dry a little and then pulled off all the painters tape.

Quick and easy. ย Now, I guess we are ready for a party!

  1. I love that idea. I could see doing it for more water glasses and assigning one to each kid each day. Does it stay on in the dishwasher?
