Laptop Shopping – Interesting Options

March 16, 2012 By Shannah Leave a Comment

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Lenovo for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’m shopping for a new laptop.  Why?  Because there is constantly a demand for the use of the main laptop and I wind up not getting as much done as I would hope most evenings.

It has been quite awhile since I shopped for laptops or any accessories for one so I have been pretty amazed with some of the options out there.  For example, Lenovo now offers the Lenovo ThinkVision mobile monitor.

Flat Panel - 14

The mobile monitor is a second monitor that you can easily plug-in to a laptop via USB cord and offer a second screen.  It is perfect for presentations or even for just offering a bigger display area.  For example, I frequently show my mother in law pictures on our laptop but it requires her to look over my shoulder as I click from album to album.  This mobile monitor, which sets up on its own photo stand, would allow her a totally separate monitor to view the pictures on as we went through them.

Since it is meant to be a mobile monitor, it makes sense that it also comes with its own sleek carrying case too. It is also very thin so it doesn’t have a lot of weight or take up much room in your laptop bag either.

Flat Panel - 14

I thought it was really neat!  Once I decide on a laptop, I might start looking into some of the really cool accessories available like this one too.  Right now, there is a 10% discount on the Lenovo ThinkVision LCD monitor when purchased online.  Just enter the following:
Code: LENOVOMONITOR10
Good from 3/1/2012 through 3/31/2012
Part Number: 1452DS6

Guess I better pick a laptop soon right so I can take advantage of the good discounts out there!
