Sunday: Â Sundays are one of the few days where I typically get some extra time in the kitchen. Â I’m taking advantage and making German meatballs in mushroom sauce.
Monday: Â Summer vegetable parmesan bake is a meatless Monday dish that takes advantage of some fresh summer produce. Â I’ll take it!
Tuesday: Â I love the idea of breakfast for dinner and it usually cooks up pretty quickly. Â These Greek yogurt pancakes sound like a great option too!

Wednesday: Â The crockpot is a busy family’s staple. Â I’m adding slow cooker salsa verde pork to our list this week.
Thursday: Â Pasta is great way to get a filling meal on the table without a lot of prep work. Â Fettuccine with tomato cream sauce sounds divine (plus it’s light!).
Friday: Â Celebrate the end of the week with hummus and grilled zucchini pizza!
Saturday: Â Spend more time playing and less time cooking on the precious weekend days and make slow cooker Thai red curry turkey.
Happy cooking!
