I’m excited to share with you an innovative idea for getting dinner on the table. While this post was compensated, all thoughts and opinions are completely my own.

So, this month’s test kitchen post is a little different. You see, the last two months have been absolutely insane around here. I traved in April and May on top of all my regular to do stuff so things just got a little out of hand. So, not much actual cooking was happening in Casa de Co.

I had talked to the people over at Relished Foods before about their awesome service where they give you all the stuff you need for recipes {delivered to your door} to make cooking dinner just a little easier. When May hit and I took a look at my calendar, I realized it was the perfect time to try out the service. Looking over the menu, the organic cashew chicken stir fry really jumped out at me.

Um…could someone tell me where April went? I looked at the calendar and I was already supposed to be putting fives in front of my days {or technically in the middle since I write the month in the middle}. I didn’t want to skip out on my test kitchen post for the month of April though because I love this series so much. Plus, what kind of blogger would I be if I got one month into a series and already started skipping months?! So, this month’s test kitchen recipe is buffalo chicken stuff shells.

Awhile back, I was cruising the internet searching for recipes for my monthly meal swap. I needed something fairly easy to multiply since I was making 5 batches but that was delicious too. I picked a recipe from a very well known blog and bought all of the ingredients to make it. Long story short…it was a flop. There was absolutely no way the recipe would work as written and I spent over an hour trying to figure out a way to make things work. That experience had me wondering if anyone had ever had those problems with one of my MY recipes and it turned out that I wasn’t along. So, I reached out to a few other bloggers to create a fun new series called Shannah’s Test Kitchen.
